S.C. Minera El Toqui

Sociedad Contractural Minera El Toqui, a Canadian company member to the Breakwater Resources LTD. Group, is an business unit oriented to the exploration, investigation, extraction and sale of Concentrates, mainly zinc and gold. SCMET installations (mine itself, management, administration, etc.) are located at 700 meters height, northern Coyhaique, regional capital of the XI Region of General Carlos Ibáñez del Campo, about 1,350 kilometers southern Santiago.

The main challenge of SCMET is to support the production of Zinc and Gold concentrates by providing with high level operative continuity systems aimed to mostly reduce the necessity of technical support as well as to optimize costs of the property technology (TCO reduction).

Finally, and on its turn, Symantec has permitted to grant the backing up of data as well as the fast recovery of servers, even before eventual troubles arising from the total lost of servers data (Disaster Recovery Solution).
